CUSTOMER SERVICE
At Amouage, we nurture a strong affection for our clients. That is why, we work continuously to improve our delivery process to ensure you start enjoying our products as soon as possible.
The products sold on www.amouage.com are picked and carefully packed by our colleagues in our Omani Manufacture and shipped to 63 countries worldwide. We are always looking at ways to improve our service, including extending our geographical coverage. If your country is not yet part of our list, please sign-up to our newsletter receive future updates.
ORDER STATUS
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order confirmation number, the details of your purchase and additional key information.
Our staff will pick and pack the items you ordered and hand the parcel to our partner, DHL, which will ship it to your chosen address. At this point, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.
You may check the status of your order at any time by visiting the DHL website and using your tracking number.
Please, note that your order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed and up to 72 during the weekend. During national and religious holidays, please allow for an additional delay.
Shipments to the United States are handled by either DHL or FedEx. If your shipping confirmation email mentioned FedEx, you can track your order on the FedEx website by clicking on "Tracking" in the menu and inserting the tracking number received via email.
DELIVERY TIMES
We do offer Standard International Delivery on all orders shipped from Oman and Standard Ground Delivery on orders shipped from the United States.
Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and commence from the date of shipping. Delivery times shown below are estimated; actual delivery times will depend on the shipping address and might be delayed by local customs' control procedures.

DELIVERY ZONES
Amouage.com ships to a selection of 63 countries worldwide. You can select your country in the 'Select Country' menu on the top right-hand side of the www.amouage.com’s home page.
We are continuously working to add more countries to our shipping zones so, if you cannot find your country, please keep checking regularly our website and subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of upcoming changes.
Please, read carefully the following guidelines for shipping to specific countries:
ITALY:
Declaration: please request the Declaration Form from customerservice@amouage.com. As per Italian regulations, we will need you to fill and sign it and send it back to Amouage for the shipping to be processed. We will not be able to process your order unless the Declaration is filled and returned to us. Once the order will reach the Italian customs, you will be contacted by DHL Italy to verify the information provided in your declaration and fill additional forms. This is a standard procedure and it's mandated by the Italian Ministry of Health for orders from outside the European Union. Check regularly your emails. Failure to provide the information to DHL Italy on time will delay your shipment and, in exceptional circumstances, have DHL return the items to our warehouse.
Restrictions: Please note that due to local regulations, we are not allowed to ship to Italy more than two items of the same category in the same parcel, for a maximum of two categories per parcel(e.g. two shower gels and two perfumes). Individual 2ml samples are considered as one item. If multiple shipments will be requested by the customer, additional charges will apply.
Due to international regulations on the shipment of dangerous goods, we are currently unable to ship to Spain, Egypt, China, Chile, Israel, Mongolia, Brazil and Qatar.
